Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply immediately. You'll only be charged the prorated difference.
What happens when I hit a limit?
We'll notify you before you hit any limit. Upgrade to the next tier to unlock more capacity. No service interruptions.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes - annual billing is charged at the lower yearly rate. For example, Club is €290/year instead of €29/mo, a saving of about 17% versus paying monthly.
Can we try the paid plans before upgrading?
Unfortunately - there is no separate evaluation period for Club or Pro at the moment. The Grassroots plan is free with no time limit, so you can start there and upgrade whenever you are ready. Plans can be changed or cancelled at any time, and no data is lost.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe. Direct bank transfer available for annual Federation plans.
